Returns
All Sales Final - No Returns. If an item is found to be defective, we will exchange it for the same style and size if available.
Please review our Returns Policy Page for the specifics on our return policies before Ordering or Returning/Exchanging an item.
Shipping
We can ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS.
For Domestic Ground Shipments we prefer to use UPS as we have found it to be the most reliable and fastest service for most delivery areas.
For International Shipping we use USPS - Express Mail International (Typically 3-5 days)

Other International Orders - Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.
Due to the size of most designer hats and International Rate Surcharges,
and additional $30 will be charged to ship Hats with Suits.
We CAN ship to APO/FPO/APE addresses via USPS.

You can order securely online, or over the phone using your credit card.

Order Processing:
In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing.
If we can ship it out the same day, we will.
Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Transit Times:
It typically takes 2-3 days transit time for a package to be sent anywhere in the
United states. Overnight or Expedited shipping is available... however, you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates.
Shipping Damages:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.
We recommend you send any return via an insured carrier. Please review our Returns Policy page before you do. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Miscellaneous:
We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.
